Wikoff appoints David Donnelly COO

He will oversee manufacturing, supply chain, quality, environmental health and safety, PMO and IT, bringing these areas together under a single leadership structure.

Wikoff has named David Donnelly as chief operations officer, effective June 1, 2026, as the company continues to advance its enterprise-wide operational transformation. Donnelly, who joined Wikoff in 2025 as director of the Project Management Office (PMO), will now assume responsibility for all core operational functions.

In his new role, Donnelly will oversee manufacturing, supply chain, quality, environmental health and safety, PMO and IT, bringing these areas together under a single leadership structure. The move is intended to support a more integrated and standardized operating model across Wikoff’s network.

“David joined us with a clear mandate to strengthen our operational foundation,” says CEO Mark Lewis. “He has already made meaningful progress, and this expanded role positions him to accelerate execution as we continue to grow and evolve.”

Donnelly brings more than two decades of experience in program management and operations across manufacturing, life sciences and defense. Prior to Wikoff, he held leadership roles at EAI and AECOM, managing complex global initiatives including large-scale infrastructure and pharmaceutical programs.

“Wikoff has a strong foundation and a clear vision for the future,” comments Donnelly. “My focus is on building the operational discipline and capabilities needed to deliver that vision for our customers and partners.”

Headquartered in Fort Mill, SC, USA, Wikoff is a global manufacturer of inks, coatings and color technologies serving the graphic arts and printing industries.
